At Berber Wool Rug, we strive to ensure that your order is delivered to you in a timely manner. Please review the following information regarding our shipping process:

Dispatch and Delivery

All products are dispatched from Morocco, where they are handmade by skilled artisans. We are a cooperative based in Marrakesh, supporting Berber artisan women in their craft. As such, please note that handmade products may take some time to be completed before they are dispatched for delivery.

Delivery Times

The delivery time for our handmade products varies depending on the type of product:

  • Rugs: Handmade rugs typically take up to 6 weeks to be finished.
  • Poufs: Handmade poufs usually take 3-5 days to be finished.
  • Blankets: Handmade blankets have a similar processing time as poufs.
Shipping Duration

Once your order is dispatched, the shipping duration will depend on your location and the shipping method chosen. Shipping times typically range from 7-10 days after dispatch for international orders. However, please note that unforeseen delays may occur due to customs processing or other external factors.

Free Shipping

We offer free shipping worldwide to a list of accepted countries. Please refer to our shipping information during checkout to see if your country is eligible for free shipping.

 

Returns Policy

At Berber Wool Rug, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you are not satisfied with your order, we offer a comprehensive returns policy:

Return Period

We accept returns within 30 days of delivery. If 30 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately, we cannot offer you a refund or exchange.

Conditions for Returns

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.

Refunds or Replacements

We offer refunds or replacements for items that arrive damaged or defective. If you need to return a damaged or defective item, please contact us immediately with details of the issue and a photo of the product.
